UMANG JAN AWAS YOJNA

Applications are invited for allotment of residual residential plots to be developed on the land under possession of “Umang City.” is registered under “SR Act 1860” along near the Jewar International Airport and Institutional Sector Sec-17B, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The land on which the Plots would be developed has been acquired by the Umang City. The main objective of the society is to provide modern Society Plots in Prime Locations to Ex-Service Man, War Widow, Defence, Police & Female Reservation. The society is managed by serving and retired Government/Public Sector and the established corporate officers. The principle objective of the society is to operate in a conductive and trust worthy environment; so as to fulfil the needs of modern Society in the best possible manner.

 

A) Only Through Invitation

The society wish to invite those individuals who are eligible according to bye laws of society. The Society reserves the right to offer the scheme to Individuals it deems to be fit and fulfil all the conditions to become the member of the society.

All payments will be made by Bank Drafts & Cheque on any Bank in New Delhi & NCR, drawn in favour of

UMANG CITY

U) Allotment Process

a) The allotment shall be through draw of 2500 Application through online and offline mode

b) Out of 2500 application only 159 allottee will be announced

c) Each Allottee need to deposit allotment amount of 10% within 7 days of draw according to the size of plot you have applied for

d) Each Allotee will receive allotment letter on mail as well as hardcopy

5) Adjustment/Refund Of Registration Amount

In the case of unsuccessful applicants, the registration money shall be refunded without any interest, if period of deposit of such registration money with the authority is less than 7 days from the date of draw. In the event, the refund is made in excess of a period of 3 month from the date of draw.

from the date of draw, then such registration money shall be paid back.

(ii) The applicants, must mention their mobile phone numbers, Bank Account Numbers, Bank Name, IFSC code and address of the of the Bank in the application form so as to facilitate the issuance of the refund Cheque/NEFT/RTGS by the registering banks.
